These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites coderscube.co and coderscube.io, and the CubeFlow SaaS platform (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Coders Cube Inc. ("Coders Cube", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Coders Cube provides a white-label lead management and marketing automation platform (CubeFlow) for local service businesses. The platform includes tools for lead tracking, SMS and email communications, ad performance reporting, and CRM integrations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Coders Cube is not liable for any legal penalties arising from your failure to comply with messaging consent and opt-out requirements.
If you use CubeFlow as a white-label platform for your own clients, you are solely responsible for:
Access to paid features of CubeFlow is subject to the fees outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Fees are due as specified in your agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All content, software, trademarks, and technology associated with the CubeFlow platform and our Sites are the exclusive property of Coders Cube Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Coders Cube a limited license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data stored on our platform; however, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
CubeFlow integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Meta Ads, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Coders Cube is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coders Cube Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Coders Cube in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coders Cube Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Data associated with your account will be retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our Sites. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
