Work / Wholesale warehouses

WareTrack

A wholesale inventory system for warehouses. The Pro package adds HRMS so stock and people live in the same product.

Ask about it

Private product — no public site.

WareTrack product system — stacked-box mark, live stock grid, receiving, and Pro HR
WareTrack receiving, stock movement, and live counts
Receiving, movement, and live counts — what the warehouse actually has.
WareTrack live map of wholesale warehouse aisles and bins
Aisles and bins as a live picture, not a pile of spreadsheets.
WareTrack Pro HRMS connecting stock and people
Pro adds HRMS, so stock and people live in the same product.

What it is

WareTrack is for wholesale warehouses that need stock to match what’s actually in the building. Receiving, movement, counts — the daily grind. Pro adds HRMS, so you’re not running people ops in a totally separate tool.

The snag

Inventory lived in one place, people lived in another, and as the warehouse got busier those two stories stopped lining up.

How we approached it

We treated warehouse stock and (in Pro) HR as parts of one product. Same organisation. Same source of truth. Less spreadsheet gymnastics.
